Our Semi-Private Training (SPT) sessions are perfect for individuals who are living with well managed chronic diseases or have completed their injury rehabilitation and no longer need one-on-one treatments but are not quite ready to go out and exercise on their own. These 45-minute classes are expertly designed to help you continue (or start) your journey toward optimal health and well-being with the right level of guided support.
Each session is fully supervised by our Exercise Physiologists, who will create and manage a tailored program that suits your specific needs and goals. With a maximum of just 4 participants per class, you’ll receive personalised attention in a focused and supportive environment— there’s no getting lost in the back of a busy class!

If you struggle with motivation, consistency, or simply need a structured, supportive environment to get started, these small-group sessions are designed to give you the encouragement and guidance you need.
